As a Technical Support Engineer at Adobe, I additionally played a role in the onboarding and training of new hires, while also contributing to the creation, training and management of a service desk team in India. Beyond my technical skills, I am an Adobe Certified Professional in Premiere Pro and a certified Life and Executive Coach. I’m also a passionate freelance musician, having toured with some of Ireland's top musical talents.
