Customer Service Experience with multiple Insurance Claims Adjusters / Body Shops and Enterprise Rental Employees at various levels. Trainer/Educator: I would train new co-workers on the workflow, attend meetings to educate the Insurance company on how the Enterprise branch works. I would teach the rental branch employees on the proper ways to service Insurance customers. Finally I would visit Body Shops to let them know how the Insurance company, Enterprise and the body shop work together for the best customer service outcome with our common customers. I have also been on my HOA board for the past 10 years. I have worked closely with the Management Company on walk throughs of our property to point out violations and along with the Landscapers to review the work done and to help with improvements that are needed. I am also on the committee that reviews Homeowner applications for improvements they want to do and approves the application or suggests what needs the be changes in order to comply with the CC & R's of the community.
