About Dave Olender

David Olender is founder of DMOA, a relational capital, sales strategy and brand audit consulting firm. DMOA specializes in serving trade and professional associations with clients such as the International Council of Shopping Centers, Million Dollar Round Table, PCMA and the National Restaurant Association. Prior to DMOA, David joined bXb Online in Oct. 2011 as COO. preparing for the launch of the online B-2-B television network, BOB.tv. Immediately prior he was with Gaylord Entertainment Company, joined that organization in Oct. 2002 and held the position of Vice President, Sales and Administration for Gaylord Resort Hotels and Convention Centers. Those responsibilities included the National Sales Office as well as brand-wide sales culture, process guidance and sales administration. While with Gaylord, David was also charged with managing the departments responsible for developing strategic business and marketing relationships as well as all of the sourcing and procurement across Gaylord Entertainment Company. In addition to hospitality, David has 20+ years of management, sales and marketing experience covering retail, distribution, and manufacturing. He was focused as a business development executive, in retail store development as well as distribution management for companies such as American Stores, PepsiCo, National Convenience Stores and Amcon, Inc. Prior to his education at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Administration, he was a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. David has also served the PCMA Foundation on the executive committee as secretary treasurer, chair elect and chair of the Board of Trustees. Dave has also been on the executive board at PCMA. David served on the US Bank Corp. TN board, the executive board of the National Nutritional Foods Assn. the chair of the board of Junior Achievement of Middle TN, chair of the Veterans Council of Golden Isles, GA, and president of Coastal GA Honor Flight, Inc.
