About Dave Pampararo

At the start of my career, I became involved in “strengthening the business” initiatives. I led the development of a wide variety of test automation solutions and business process improvements. As I gained exposure to wider set of company processes, I was impressed by the quality management system and the structure it can provide to drive positive change in organizations. I believe in embracing challenge, being persistent in the face of setbacks and seeing effort as a path to mastery. My career focused initially on developing my technical skills as a test engineer, EMC engineer and eventually as a product compliance project manager. Working for a company which provided technical design service consulting, provided me exposure to a wide variety of products across Telecom, Defense & Aerospace industries. In addition to my technical development path, I also took over responsibility for the company’s Quality Management System, Facility Management, Security, Logistics & Trade Compliance activities. Having multiple roles & responsibilities keeps life interesting. Through my variety of roles, I have had the opportunity to work closely with Design, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Operations, HR & Legal departments. My combination of technical skills and business experience provides me a strong foundation for future success.
