Dave Park has been in, out, under, and around the construction business for the last 35 years. He has been in the Triangle for the last 23 designing, building, constructing, developing, and inspecting over 1600 homes, neighborhoods, and commercial buildings. Dave owns Revere Construction Management, Williams & Park, and Advantage Inspection.As a testament to his commitment to the industry, Dave holds a contractor’s license in Florida and North Carolina, a North Carolina Home Inspectors license, and a North Carolina Real Estate License. He is also an esteemed instructor with Advantage Inspections in the North Carolina market, where he imparts his knowledge through class seminars in Home Construction 101, Home Inspection 102, Home Warranty 411, and Risk Management 911.As a specialist in discovering, disclosing, and documenting residential concerns, Dave is working on his new book “Business in the Crawl Space,” part of his “Dave the Inspector” series.Dave’s seminars are designed to be a valuable resource for buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, lawyers, and home inspectors.
