About Dave Piehl

I was the first full-time technical trainer at System Source and helped get the technical training program off the ground in 1995. In the years since, I became certified to deliver Microsoft, Citrix, CompTIA and Novell classes. Current list of primary technical certifications include: Microsoft Certified Trainer MCSE-Server Infrastructure -(recertified in March 2016) MCSE-Cloud Platform and Infrastructure MCITP-Enterprise Administrator CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer+ In 20+ years of teaching, I have consistently maintained excellent student evaluation ratings and always make it a top priority to develop a bond with my students and give them an outstanding classroom experience and after-class support. In keeping with industry trends, I have developed expertise in delivering remote training and frequently deliver hybrid classes that include both local and remote students. I also have developed custom classes to target specific customer needs as well as custom courses that have been integrated into our public course offerings. Since 2016 I have also been working with our Managed Services team to assist in supporting IT environments in diverse industries including healthcare, property management, manufacturing and finance on both VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
