About Dave Pitso

Been an amazing experience working as an Underwriting consultant setting trends in the first 5 month, that got me promoted to another department (customer service then later retention before being a supervisor) in under a year working for Anderson Insurance Underwriters. Started at Webhelp SA in 2015 as a Customer service Advisor for 7 months, in that time i was using my spare time doing freelance work for managers who are on leave and managers with a lot of work, that has gained me recognition and i was given and opportunity to be a deputy Team Leader, I was given a new team fresh from recruitment and i needed to lead them, with the skills that i gained while freelancing i manged to coach and motivate a new team to out perform teams that started before them, that also got me recognition as i won multiple awards with the team's perfomance, 4 months after that, i was promoted to go share my skills with the other team leaders as their coach/ Operations Manager Support.
