About Dave Pluimer

For those interested in my insurance career, I've worn a lot of hats and seen a lot of things. Currently I'm account manager where I manage day-to-day operations for a firm's presence at Progressive. This includes recruitment, personnel management, HR, analytics, and licensing. I've developed and deployed numerous technology improvements to help keep my firm's overhead and response times low. Anyway, claims management, corporate oversight, analytics, technology evangelism, project management, recruiting - yeah, I've done all of that. To summarize using what others have said about me, I move worlds and am an Easy Button. For those interested in me as a commercial photographer, I don't take pictures. What I really do is help make people hungry and sell ideas. Put another way, I help restaurants, designers, and brands show off in the best way possible. This includes folks like St. Elmo Steakhouse, Clancy's Hospitality, Harry & Izzy's, ACo, Steak 'n Shake, and many others.
