About Dave Pogson

I am a highly accomplished business leader with experience gained from working with, and for, a diverse group of Companies, from some of the world’s largest and best known to smaller, entrepreneurial Companies. I am an inspirational leader, with strong personal values who constantly delivers high quality results through powerful communication and influencing skills combined with outstanding judgement.Having graduated with a degree in Food Science, my career started as a Technologist but quickly broadened to include a brief spell in overseas quality control before building my career in Sales & Marketing with Coca-Cola and Cadbury then Kraft where I was Sales Director of the £1.8BN UK business for 8 years, leading a team of 800 people. In 2013, I set up my own business, providing consulting, mentoring and NED services to a number of Companies, large and small and across diverse sectors, from my heartland of food & drink to recruitment and technology. More recently, I became the GB MD of Fulfil, a range of high protein, low sugar, high vitamin snack bars, and delivered a significant increase in brand distribution from 9% to 66%, whilst setting up an in-house sales team as we transitioned from working through a distributor.Throughout my career, my actions and beliefs have always been shaped by 4 simple words: Performance Driven & Values Led. Always finding challenging, competitive and creative ways to grow the business….and doing this with care, trust, integrity and respect for all stakeholders including employees and customers.
