As I have been in Mortgage Banking for the past 30 years, I have developed a unique understanding and skill set matched by very few in the industry. I handle my client's files personally from beginning to end, which is extremely unusual. As a company, we handle Fannie / Freddie / FHA / VA as well as Self-Employed borrowers who require common sense underwriting. As the underwriting standards have changed and tightened over the years, it's more important than ever to work with someone, like me, who understands how to navigate the mortgage maze as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is why Attorneys, Realtors, Accountants, Financial planners and Title company's like working with me as I get the job done and not by over promising and under delivering. I treat my client's like family, which is why I also earn about 50% of my business just from the referrals of past customers. Specialties: I have the resources to handle all credit grades from perfect credit to not so great credit. I also handle all forms of housing from primary residences to condos and investment properties. I can also handle Reverse Mortgages, an important option for seniors 62+ who are house rich and cash poor.
