Background

About Dave Reid

I am a global operations and customer experience executive with over two decades of leadership across digital transformation, operational excellence, and culture change. My career spans high-growth scale-ups, multinational enterprises, and complex cross-functional environments, where I specialise in aligning people, data, and technology to deliver measurable business outcomes. I lead with a coaching-driven, human-centred style that strengthens confidence, capability, and accountability across organisations. My work consistently improves customer and employee experience, drives intelligent automation, increases operational resilience, and accelerates enterprise-level AI adoption. I have led teams of FTE, supported revenue portfolios exceeding $5B, modernised global operating models, and delivered large-scale digital programmes. From touchless order journeys and automation frameworks to omnichannel service transformation. With an MBA from Warwick Business School and CCXP accreditation, I bridge strategic thinking with practical delivery, simplifying complexity while enabling innovation. My mission is to help organisations create high-trust, high-performance cultures where technology elevates people, not replaces them.
