About Dave Richards

Where most people see operational problems and headaches, I see them as an opportunity to work with others to optimize, streamline chaos, and get those butterflies flying in formation. Obstacles show the way, and can be solved with creativity, persistence, and ingenuity. I've led countless operational initiatives and structured projects through completion, and identified many innovative approaches to problems that were previously stuck in dysfunction. I'm passionate about connecting, engaging, and making a difference; geared to collaborate with teams to build organizational value together, and provide leadership as needed to cut through the fray. I'm grateful to have had broad experience at leading companies like Microsoft, Nintendo, Sprint, and Amazon in a variety of critical roles managing Business Operations, Vendors & 3PLs & Suppliers, Supply Chain Logistics (Forward & Reverse), Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Production Planning, and Business Analytics; Successfully managed national Programs and Projects in each of those roles. In addition to contributing strong value at large companies, I also have experience in small business startup and innovative entrepreneurial ventures.
