Dave Rigter is an intuitive and perceptive leader, creative thinker, writer, speaker, researcher, designer & idealist. After experiences in both excellent and not-so-excellent teams, Dave’s new focus is on helping organisations build successful teams, positive cultures and developing his team’s leadership skills. He thrives on helping others succeed and has broad experience in digital account management and change management. He holds an Executive MBA from the Sydney Business School (UOW) with a focus on Leadership & Culture, PRINCE2 Practitioner & Foundation and a BA in Theatre Design from CSU. With a career that spans live performance, secondary education, corporate hospitality, higher ed, technology, health, local, state and federal government, and start-ups, Dave has a breadth of knowledge & experience across varying industries. Dave has a passion for bringing people together to solve problems, understanding people’s intrinsic motivations, why we do what we do and occasionally challenging the status quo. Through his deep experience in learning spaces and technology Dave has presented to organisations both nationally and internationally such as AETM in Australia, UBTech in America and SCHOMS in the UK.
