About Dave Rogers

An accomplished Football Coach and Coach Educator who has established a strong record in player development and technical based coaching since retiring from a 20-year playing career, which incorporated over 500 appearances, representing clubs in four countries, and experience playing in the UEFA Champions League and UEFA Cup. Most recently the First Team Manager with League of Ireland outfit Finn Harps FC and formerly U23 Assistant Manager and U21 Lead Coach at Nottingham Forest FC, the Technical Director and First Team Head Coach at FC Arizona, the Academy Director at Liverpool FC International Academy (LFCIA)- Utah, Academy Manager at LFICA in India and South Korea and First Team Manager of DSK Shivajians FC, providing a visible point of leadership for both players and coaches to fulfil a philosophy of developing homegrown talent and progressing them into first team and international football. Success across these roles has led to many Academy graduates progression within elite professional football and my coaching attributes saw me selected as part of the Indian National Team’s backroom staff for the country’s 2015 SAFF Championship victory. Successfully applies lessons learned as a player, as well as utilises a forward-thinking approach to the game, to have a tangible impact on their technical, tactical, psychological and physical improvement of players under my guidance.
