As a seasoned automotive professional, with 7 years of experience, I understand how every transaction a dealership helps or hurts their bottom line. My roles have included everything from washing cars, auctions and selling to my current role as a Product Consultant for vAuto. Following my success as top tier trainer and customer service rep here at vAuto Genius Labs, I decided to use my knowledge as a resource to help dealers increase profit by improving their business practices with industry-leading smart, simple and stand-alone products that solve everyday problems for every dealer. My role allows me to combine my passion for the automotive industry with my sales background to help dealers overcome a wide range of challenges that include acquiring vehicles at auction more effectively and efficiently, and building trust with today’s Internet-empowered buyers to increase profitability. By using AuctionGenius and Kelley Blue Book® Price Advisor Report, dealers do a better job purchasing auction vehicles, improving their sales volume and profitability, and creating more satisfied customers. I am a student of the auto industry and committed to helping dealers evolve their business practices in all areas by continually learning and sharing industry-leading best practices. Working for an amazing company backed by Cox Automotive gives me the flexibility to stay active in community events, my church, board gaming and creating art. I volunteer as a video/ production person at my church, as well as helping with weekend flow and logistics, and have found I am always looking for simple solutions to problems I come across. My role here at vAuto provides me with a platform to help bring simple solutions to many of the problems dealers face on a daily basis.
