My passion is to see that "ah ha!" moment on someone's face while I am presenting, meeting with colleagues, coaching 1x1, or just sharing some coffee chat time. When I can inspire insight not previously experienced, that is a rewarding moment for me. And, I enjoy pursuing my own ah ha! moments, as well! I've been in IT since 1979, after leaving the United States Marine Corps. My IT work includes software development, infrastructure, training, consulting, coaching, primarily in leadership roles.
