Dave is a seasoned executive leader with a proven track record in Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), specializing in driving transformative growth and operational excellence. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Seattle Pacific University and a Master of Education from George Fox University. He began his journey in the dental industry by providing strategic consulting for growth and operational improvement. In 2020, Dave founded Liminal Solutions, a consulting company specializing in digital transformation and operational optimization for dental practices and DSOs. Dave has been serving as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer at Singing River Dental Partners for the past four years. He played a key role in guiding the organization through a period of rapid growth, successfully doubling the number of locations, doctors, and team members.In November 2024, Dave was named the Vice President of Operations. In this role, he focuses on driving practice and platform initiatives to better serve doctors and patients. As VP of Operations, Dave aims to enhance operational efficiency, foster collaborative team environments, streamline workflows, and implement systems that ensure consistent and exceptional patient experiences across all PracticesDave and his wife, Azlan, enjoy an active and sometimes hectic lifestyle with their three children, Scout, Holden, Lyla, and their dog, Cooper, in Bend, OR.
