About Dave Samson

I’m a Consultant in training at TOPdesk, preparing to help clients implement effective service management systems that make their operations run smoother and more human-centered. What excites me most is getting to know each organization’s unique way of working, understanding their needs, culture, and goals to create solutions that truly fit. My approach combines empathy, self-reflection, and a curiosity for how people and systems interact to deliver value. With academic backgrounds in Business Administration and Psychology, and master’s degrees in Organisational Psychology and Strategic Entrepreneurship, I’m motivated by how people work together and how businesses can grow while staying people-focused. Outside of work, I’m passionate about boxing, a sport that challenges me to stay disciplined and constantly improve. In 2023, I also served as Event and Committee Manager on my boxing association’s board, an experience that strengthened my leadership and organizational skills. I’m driven by curiosity, collaboration, and continuous growth, both personally and professionally.
