I gain tremendous satisfaction from taking a complex technical issue and breaking it down into something easily used and understood, that provides value to both customers and the Business. I became involved with the technology sector early in life, which cultivated my entrepreneurial drive and led me to start my first business, CMS Computers Plus. After 9 years, I sold the company and moved on to own several other ventures, including a merchandising enterprise that is still family-owned and operated today. During this period I also took on the role as the youngest President of the Executive Business Association of Regina which was a great foundation for my years of leadership experience. Subsequently, I have held several Program and Branch Manager positions for companies such as Compucom Canada, System House, and NexInnovations- Driven to improve productivity across the organization while maintaining customer satisfaction and quality- Proven effectiveness in acquiring high-level cost-savings by migrating production services, reducing licensing costs, and reducing maintenance costs- High impact, adaptable, and progressive leader with a proven ability to lead effectively and to transform IT into a valuable business partner- Energetic, tenacious and motivated with a deep and broad technical background and excellent communication skills- Process-oriented thinker with an aptitude for analyzing the roles of people and business systems; ability to re-architect solutions to streamline processes and handle expected growth of the business.
