Well, hard to believe it will be 13 years as an agent this coming February. My whole career has centered around REO. Early on I spent my time representing investor buyers in the HUD capitol of the country. Indianapolis, Indiana. Back in the good ole days I was closing roughly 75 HUD transactions annually. Having out of state clients required me to develop a number of skillsets including the following: 1. Comparative Market Analysis 2. Repair cost estimate 3. Acquiring repair bids 4. Marketing a property for quick sale 5. Timely reporting to Seller Since moving to Port Saint Lucie, Florida my focus continues to be REO. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I spent 12 years in Mortgage Banking. Much experience in origination, processing, underwriting, managing, and 2 years as VP of Operations with First Resource Mortgage.
