About Dave Smythe

Since joining KPMB in David has been a key member of the Construction Administration teams for a number of KPMB’s institutional projects and offers extensive experience in on-site supervision for the delivery of design excellence. As associate-in-charge of Construction Administration for the Royal Conservatory’s TELUS Centre for Performance and Learning, David was awarded a Certificate of Excellence from the Toronto Construction Association in recognition of his contribution to the successful management and delivery of the project. His project experience also includes the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Orchestra Hall for the Minnesota Orchestra in Minneapolis and the Fort York Branch Library in Toronto. More recently, David completed Contract Administration for the Julis Romo Rabinowitz Building and Louis A. Simpson International Building at Princeton University, the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal Landscape Promenade in Toronto and The Brearley School in New York City. Currently, David is working on the Construction Administration for the Center for Computing & Data Sciences at Boston University.
