About Dave Snell

I am a highly-skilled insight champion, change manager and transformation innovator; I like to tackle big problems step by step, and with a team of people in defining the best way to tackle the core issue. I’m driven by applying technology to real-world requirements to solve challenges, using true data from multiple sources. I like nothing more than seeing delivery from the germ of an idea to completion, working as the point of association for multiple teams and individuals, rather than a dictator - getting people on board with the core concept and aim, instead of directing by position. I build and shape the ways we help people to get more from what they own, mainly through support and learning tools, and take my ideas to new markets, locations and verticals. I also use statistical analysis to spot the trends that highlight issues people don't know they have, or don't know how to resolve. I’m looking to take the next step in my career by having more customer engagement, working towards a clear solution design / principal consultancy role, where I can own problem resolution and delivery to a customer across a suite of product deliverables. I'm really keen to expand my skills into new markets, taking a lot of my transferable skills into a different market and direction. I'm also looking for a project to inspire me - I really want to deliver solutions which make customers say "wow!"
