About Dave Stewart

I am the founder of an accountancy business in providing services to contractors and small business in the UK. I have grown and managed this business to over 800 clients. I have been the architect of our own bespoke online accountancy software developed to handle the unique requirements of contractors and small business. I have broad experience in assisting business start ups in the UK and can provide practical advice on tax, legal and practical matters on starting and growing a business. I have also co-founded an insurance business in South Africa specialising in online travel insurance and default insurance for the travel industry where we were the first company to develop a comprehensive online travel insurance purchase system in that country. I have experience and business networks both in South Africa, Zimbabwe and in the UK. My previous experience as an ecologist in Africa has enabled me to travel in some interesting and remote places in Africa and to intimately understand the unique culture and workings of Africa. I have strong interests and ties to South Africa and Zimbabwe and am very interested in practically assisting with growth solving some of the problems on the African continent.
