About Dave Sulek

Dave Sulek is a Senior Vice President at Booz Allen with more than 25 years of public policy, policy analytics, strategy development, and general management consulting experience. He analyzes emerging policy, regulatory, market, and technology trends for US Government clients, particularly those navigating the maze of disruptive statutory or mission change. Considered by colleagues to be an incurable “reform junkie,” Dave has worked with agencies responsible for implementing major statutory reforms in the healthcare, cybersecurity, homeland security, and intelligence fields. He currently focuses on law enforcement issues. Prior to that, he focused don issues surrounding the implementation of the Affordable Care Act and supported multiple agencies and a Presidential Advisory Committee on cybersecurity, Internet Governance, and information sharing issues. He received a master’s degree in national security studies from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University.
