As a Business Development Director at MainBoard, I manage all new business and client relationships in Africa and Oceania for our software, website development, and related services to the fashion and film industry. I have been in this role for over 11 years, and I leverage my passion for business systems and technology to deliver value-added solutions to our clients. My background in the fashion and film industry gives me an edge in understanding the needs and expectations of our clients. I started my career as an international model for eight years, then founded and ran my own business, Focus Rentals, for 15 years, providing transport, special equipment, and staffing services to production companies in South Africa. I also worked as a Projects Manager at BEE Trust, a non-profit organization that supports schools in need from poor communities. Through these experiences, I developed strong skills in marketing, building relationships, long-term customer retention, and social impact. I also learned the importance of balancing mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical activities to achieve peace and happiness in life.
