I'm an operations focused individual with 7+ years of experience working with C-level client stakeholders across industries and geographies to create sustainable strategies for their people and strategic operations. I was part of the founding team at WorkTango where I helped to build and scale the client success and professional services functions to support client stakeholder needs and to help their employees thrive at work. Currently, I am supporting customer success at Caribou and helping to scale the way the function services the home care agency, while building the revenue operations function and processes to improve how the team goes to market. What gets me excited and feeds my passion is helping purpose-driven organizations to succeed by building and scaling their customer success, operations and professional services functions offerings using research and data-driven approaches.
