Converted & Merged Databases for Effective New Site Launch HealthNet of Arizona. Competition required an all-new site which integrated two different databases, one for the formulary, one for participating physicians for multiple plans. Successfully matched an internal, legacy programming expert with an external, website programmer to export, import and merge databases and provide the search options members and prospects wanted. Successful site launch pleased staff and current members and attracted new members. Satisfied 26 Internal Managers by Providing Effective Content & Site Development TMC HealthCare. Communication team was overwhelmed with traditional marketing work, yet 26 department managers requested new mini-sites. Worked directly with 26 managers. Developed new content. Launched sites quickly. Also implemented new online processes such as online job applications, pre-admissions and an online gift shop. Reduced staff time, increased patient satisfaction, met TMC’s mission, increased revenue. Created Intranet Success at TMC HealthCare TMC Intranet. 30 intranet sites being developed simultaneously and independently by staff members led to poor usability. Created a unifying template and trained staff so people were more effective in managing departmental sites. Helped launch the most popular feature. The Intranet became a better productivity tool, with staff use and satisfaction increasing significantly. Launched Multi-Media Campaign to Increase Revenue for Tucson Unified School District Tax credit revenue was disappointing. Its partial marketing campaign was old and ineffective. Enrollment was declining and community support was low. Created a multi-media campaign that increased tax credit revenue. Cut tax credit operational costs by TUSD’s Superintendent, Dr. John Pedicone, said “Dave Tedlock is the Michelangelo of Marketing.”
