Insurance Professional - All Lines Insurance Adjuster - Auto Damage Appraiser - I help multiple firms with their local assignment needs After spending the majority of my career in various procurement managerial roles I have made a career transition to Insurance Adjusting. I am IA Path certified, have my State Farm auto certification, hold 17 state auto adjuster licenses, and two state motor vehicle physical damage appraiser licenses. From December of 2019 to July of 2020 I was deployed to Midland/Odessa conducting field inspections on auto, light truck, heavy truck and trailer, and RV claims. I also handled CAT hail claims as needed in other regions. I met with vehicle owners, inspect their vehicle(s), and documented damages with digital photos. At the conclusion of each field inspection I explained next steps to the client and answer any questions they may have. I then wrote an estimate for repairs using One and upload the files. I also conducted re-inspections and provided supplements as needed. From August 2020 to January 2021 I was deployed as a property desk adjuster handling catastrophe claims in the condominium and mobile home department. In this role I explained coverage of loss to policyholders, assisted with itemization of damages, and provided additional living expenses. I also coordinated a number of vendors services such as contractors, emergency repair, cleaning services, and various replacement services. Lastly I analyzed and determined extent of liability concerning loss or damages based on policy provisions.
