I’ve spent the past 13+ years at Oxford Global Resources building my career in and around the MedTech space, with a particular focus on medical devices, combination products, and drug delivery systems.What’s kept me in this sector is the mix of technical complexity, regulation, and people. I work closely with engineering, quality, regulatory, manufacturing, and product teams, and I’ve learned that the best outcomes come from slowing things down at the start—really understanding what a programme needs, what success looks like, and what kind of person will actually thrive in that environment.My approach to recruitment is practical and long-term. I care about how teams are built, how consultants are supported once they’re in role, and how recruitment processes hold up when demand increases. Alongside my own delivery, I’ve spent time helping shape how others recruit in this space—sharing market insight, setting standards, and supporting more junior recruiters as they develop confidence and judgement.I’ve been involved across the full lifecycle, from early-stage market mapping and attraction strategy through onboarding, compliance, and retention, and I enjoy building frameworks that make delivery consistent rather than dependent on last-minute fixes.Over time, I’ve developed a working style that prioritises clarity, follow-through, and sound judgement—particularly when timelines are tight or requirements are evolving. I’m especially motivated by opportunities where specialist recruitment capability needs to be shaped, scaled, and embedded so it becomes a genuine long-term support for MedTech, combination product, and drug delivery programmes as they grow.
