Dave has worked in several industries leading organizations in health and safety management and has been practicing health and safety for over 20 years. Dave is aspiring to become part of a progressive and stable organization that aims to grow and prosper over time and to empower their employees to be the best that they can be. Furthermore, Dave is not concerned about position stature or title; rather is focused on helping people make safety a way of life i.e. going home at the end of the day to spend time with Family and Friends. Some of Dave's career accomplishments include- Assisting in lowering TRIF rates with several organizations over the course of my health and safety career- Lead Implementation Advisor – Intelex health and safety data management software- Led the development & implementation of a competency verification program- Lead Advisor – Contractor Safety Management program for ATCO Electric- Led the development & implementation of generic & employer-specific WHMIS training program- Led the development & implementation Contractor HSE Terms and Conditions for ATCO Electric- Led the development and implementation of the ATCO Electric Prime Contractor Audit Program- Considered a subject matter expert in hazard management and work observation programs- HSMS development, implementation and enhancement - Supervised, coached & mentored HSE practitioners and professionals ranging from 3 to 12 people over the course of my health & safety career.
