From boots-on-the-ground development to managing large-scale operations, I’ve built a career on leadership, safety, and results. In my new role as Underground Operations Manager, I lead teams and projects with a focus on operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement with a focus on my team’s well-being and client satisfaction. I’m proud to have contributed to some of Canada’s most challenging and rewarding mining environments, with experience at respected organizations including Legend Mining Inc, Procon Mining and Tunnelling Ltd, J.S. RedPath, and Dynatec. Throughout my journey, I’ve developed a deep understanding of underground mining operations, earned the trust of crews and stakeholders alike, and driven innovation where it counts. I am looking forward to applying all of my experiemce and skills to this new role with CONSBEC Mining, and the exciting future ahead for the Underground Mining Division.
