I am an experienced Technology Delivery Lead and Business Partner with proven leadership and change management skills that have enabled me to successfully deliver complex core IT infrastructure and digital transformation projects. I am also, an accomplished and ITIL 4 accredited Service Delivery Manager, proficient in managing and motivating high performing teams responsible for supporting and upgrading critical IT infrastructure, technology, and applications as well as providing project support through the full project lifecycle. As an effective communicator, I have the ability to engage with colleagues, business stakeholders and suppliers at all levels, on both a technical and non-technical level and build lasting relationships. I have a high level of drive with a committed, flexible, analytical, and pragmatic approach to work and problem solving that has enabled me to effectively manage a wide range of workloads. I am organised and efficient and I always strive to ensure deadlines and service levels are met. I am extremely passionate about technology and customer experience, whether internal or external, and ensuring that the technology implemented, and the service I provide enhances their experience and productivity.
