About Dave Willacker

I started my company with my rent money twenty-five years ago. Then I cold called people till I made my rent back. I made sure we grew every year till our sales were in the millions. I was careful to plan, but willing to risk. Increased profit was always my goal. I believe a strategic approach is always the best. Success and failures in business repeat depending on how you handle them. I like fast / frequent check ins with staff over long meetings and in any given day I wear many hats. I project manage, strategic plan, speak with clients, check in with managers, and talk with accounting and human resources all before lunch. Over the years I started two more companies one which I spun off early and one which I'm planning to spin off early next year. Currently I am selling the assets of my entertainment company, I have built it to where it can continue without me, which frees me up for new challenges. I like operational management, I like sales, I like growth. My ideal job is doing what I've proven I'm good at and where I can have an impact and make a difference in the lives of others. As the owner of a company I made it a point to always give back to people in need and in my private life I am the father of seven and chairman of the human rights commission for the village my business is in.
