With over 20 years of experience in a combination of business, system and infrastructure architecture, application and web development, enterprise integration, systems and network administration, functional consulting, embedded hardware systems and consumer electronics systems, I have come to understand the importance of relevant solutions that consider people first in any given technology scenario. By leveraging breadth of experience across technologies with depth of knowledge in my specialties, I find great satisfaction in creating solutions that reduce or eliminate the "soul-crushing, spirit destroying" work that people hate. I solve business problems using an end-to-end approach to solution design that includes liaising with business clients, interpreting requirements through the use of interviews, workshops, business scenarios, technology demos and functional prototypes; leading the analysis and conceptual design of the solution; working with Systems Analysts and Software Developers to achieve the client objectives through effective deployment of technology; ensuring a quality business solution by understanding the business requirements and business needs and presenting potential solutions to business clients with an emphasis on usability and suitability. I have been working with Microsoft SharePoint full-time since the beta release of SharePoint 2007.
