My 30+ years working in the healthcare and life sciences industries - and my life long love for all things music - has led to my current role as Alliance Manager of Music Partnerships at MedRhythms, Inc. Prior to my healthcare consulting career, I worked as a hospital and physician group practice administrator for multi-specialty groups based in academic medical centers, including Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Boston Children’s Hospital. My notable career accomplishments include- Part time faculty member at The Roux Institute, Northeastern University - Board Member: Western Maine Health -The first individual to serve as a Board Advisor pursuant to a healthcare-related government settlement agreement. I successfully completed this role for Tenet Healthcare Corporation-Concurrent with my role at Tenet, I served in a similar board advisory capacity for Eli Lilly and Company-Significant financial and operational performance improvement in hospital and physician practice settings-Expert testimony in multiple litigation matters resulting in successful outcomes for clients -Multiple investigations and corrective action implementation for Boards of Directors and Senior Management -Speaker/presenter at multiple national and regional conferences -Author in multiple healthcare and business leadership/management publications
