Over the course of my career, I’ve successfully led multi-site operations across healthcare, charity, retail, and military environments, managing budgets of up to £100m. I’m passionate about building high-performing teams and empowering people to achieve their best. Whether restructuring operations, embedding new performance frameworks, or negotiating contracts, I focus on practical solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen customer relationships, and drive sustainable growth. Colleagues know me for being commercially focused, data-driven, and results-oriented, but also collaborative and approachable. I believe that the best results come from combining strong leadership with trust, accountability, and innovation.
