My work often begins in the pre-sales phase, as I build relationships with potential clients and help plan the project scope. MY IMPACT ON BUSINESS GROWTH As part of the OneSource Virtual team, I spearheaded a new offering in advanced reporting and analytics, a service previously unavailable. I also launched new testing and engagement teams and expanded service offerings for the Transformation and Change Management groups.
