About Davel Hamue

Experienced Operations and Immigration Manager with over 11 years of leadership in organizational management, project execution, and cross-departmental coordination. I currently oversee a versatile team of nine administrative professionals while managing both the day-to-day operations of IATSE’s General Office and high-impact initiatives such as a multi-phase office expansion and a full revamp of our internal immigration database. My background provides a dual strength: proven expertise in operations—ensuring organizational efficiency, streamlined workflows, and resource allocation—and a growing specialization in project management, reinforced by Cornell University’s Project Management certificate program and hands-on application of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. I thrive at the intersection of operations and project leadership, where strategic foresight meets practical execution. Whether guiding teams through daily challenges or managing large-scale organizational projects, I am committed to delivering results that are structured, efficient, and impactful.
