Experienced Agile Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry. Skilled in Agile coaching, Management, Team Leadership and Agile Project Management. Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Business and Management from University of London. Recently completed an MBA through the University of London, specializing in Entrepreneurship and Innovation (Final results pending). Currently busy with PMI-ACP certification. I completed my SAFe Program Consultant certification in March 2020, following which I spearheaded the Agile transformation of a 40-person software development department. I conducted training, workshops, executive and team-level coaching, and implemented Lean budgeting practices. The department eventually consisted of five self-managing agile development teams, with integrations into business processes in local and international business units. As a result of this transformation, major releases went from month-long delays to slipping a total of three business days for the entire 18-month period. I formed part of the program management team along with the Head of Quality and Head of Architecture, and held overall responsibility for on-time delivery of core product releases. This included facilitating all of the program-level ceremonies, working with product managers to ensure that the correct features were included in releases, and managing stakeholders and business owners to keep the overall business value delivery as high as possible.
