About Davey Tim Oberuc

I have a lengthy history full of work and life experiences. Contained in all of those experices, you find a person who works hard, shows up for work everyday, takes the job serious, and looks for new ways to contribute. At the same time, I like to bring fun and frivality to the work environment, when appropriate. Working in the Corrections field for 17+ years challenges a person to be firm, fair, kind, understanding, informative, and communicative. That's a lot to throw in the "mixing bowl". I have developed skills in all of these areas. Not to perfection, mind you, but putting together some or all of these skills on a daily basis, to make your day go "as well as possible", is satisfying. It helps put work and personal life in perspective. We are all human. We all make mistakes. We can all hope to learn from them. I take pride in being as independent as possible, relying on others when necessary. That statement relates to professional and personal life. Learning how to perform a task or take on a project, and complete it successfully is very satifsying.
