Results driven Realtor at Realty Executives since January (licensed since 1995). I specialize in helping clients make an informed decision regarding the sale or purchase of residential real estate for primary use or as an investment. I work exclusively by referral and by doing such I can spend my time, energy, and marketing budget helping my clients instead of prospecting for new business. Because of my engineering background I use technology both to aid my clients in finding properties and to help them in the marketing process. I am well versed in all the paperwork that is used in our industry and was an Arizona Dept. of Real Estate accredited instructor. I am also a mentor and agent adviser to many new and existing agents both at Realty Executives and other companies around the valley. My goal is to provide an uncompromising level of information and service to those individuals who want to make informed real estate decisions. Specialties: My specialties are in contracts and negotiations and business planning for individuals seeking to purchase investment properties. I also assist people in determining the best course of action when financial situations change.
