David Possesses a proven expertise in interpreting policies and guidelines of regulatory bodies and provides excellent client support for simplified importation to reduce violation, queries, and blockage and ensure hassle free delivery. His forte includes structuring operations, regulatory liaison, and strategic oversights that saves organization millions of dollars in possible violations and forfeitures as well as collaborating with in-house departments in setting up effective regulatory compliance systems for NAFDAC, SON, NESREA & NAQS which protects revenue and ensures sustainability. As a Regulatory Leader, he has trained over 200 delegates in computation process of PIDCARMS for NAFDAC PID unit, Yaba which includes delegates from WHO, Dangote, FrieslandCampina, Checkers and others for two consecutive years. He is also a strategic regulatory advisor for first time importers from America, Europe and Asia, having successfully registered over 25 products and raw materials with NAFDAC for such clients. A trained Chemical Engineer with focus on biotechnology and regulations. With MBA in view, he is a certified member of SAPICS, has a course certification in Supply Chain management from Rudgers University, USA. He has additional skills in data management and proficient In the use of SAP ERP, power BI and Office Suites.
