Almost 20years of management experience; 14years in Royal Mail Group, 4years in GSK consumer healthcare industry and 2.4 years in API manufacturing and now, with RWC, the world’s largest water control valves and push-fit plumbing and heating manufacturer. • Led large GSK production teams, Post Office Limited and Royal Mail at multiple sites • Excellent consumer healthcare production, filling and packing and royal mail operations knowledge • Extensive project management, business excellence and leadership experience • Wide experience in handling large budgets and business analysis/assessments • Acted as Operations Manager - Coordinated activities that affected operational decisions, collaborated with key stakeholders and maintained effective communication on priorities. • Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) knowledge and experience • Led both Safety and Quality investigations CAPA stages to eradicate their root causes • PIC/ Emergency incident controller, especially out of office hours in dealing with fire evacuation, floods, electrical power surge, spillages to mention a few. • Received 5 Global Awards for demonstrating the following attributes; outstanding performance, Teamwork, Courage, above all being Patient Focus. • High success rate in Issues and Resolutions management, Change management and Performance improvement and currently seeking for a role in higher Management that will utilise my existing skills, experience and help further both my personal and professional development.
