Mr. Abramson is currently a Principal in SDA Ventures LLC, a firm that advises emerging growth, middle-market companies and multinational companies primarily in health and wellness, nutritional products, food ingredients and food service business sectors. Such advice encompasses corporate development, business acquisition, customer relationships, growth strategies and corporate finance. Mr. Abramson is Executive Chairman of the Board for PanTheryx Inc, an integrated digestive and immune health company, harnessing the power of colostrum and probiotics to develop transformative solutions for human and animal health. Mr. Abramson also serves as a Senior Advisor and Board member of Noblegen Inc, a company based in Ontario, Canada, with an innovative proprietary technology, producing advanced ingredients including unique proteins, oils and flours. In addition, Mr. Abramson serves as a Senior Advisor to Persona Nutrition, a company providing science driven personalized vitamins and supplements. In 2019, Persona was acquired by Nestle, becoming part of its Health Science Division. Mr. Abramson is also Chairman of the Board at Great Age Reboot, a health and wellness company focusing on longevity, led by prominent physician, Michel Roizen, M.D, former Chief Wellness Officer at the Cleveland Clinic. Mr. Abramson received a Juris Doctor Degree, with honors, from the University of Maryland School of Law in 1978. He is a member of the Maryland Bar.
