About David Abreu

Legally trained professional with a strong background in corporate law, contracts and financial services, now leveraging over a decade of experience in legal and operational roles across banking and fintech sectors. After several years in international law firms advising on M&A, corporate governance, and cross-border matters, I transitioned into the financial industry—initially in legal roles, and eventually moving into operations management. Currently Operations Manager at a fintech-driven group, I lead initiatives focused on Supply Chain Finance, digital platforms, and process optimization. My role involves managing cross-functional teams, including IT, and business units, to deliver innovative solutions and ensure operational efficiency. I contribute to the design and implementation of scalable processes, regulatory compliance strategies, and technology integration to support growth and digital transformation. With a multicultural background and fluent in four languages, I thrive in international environments where law, technology, and business converge.
