At Merkle, I supported post-sale success for clients using platforms like Bloomreach, Adobe, and Braze, including a migration to Bloomreach that gave me hands-on insight into the platform’s enterprise use cases. Most recently, at ICP, I led global content operations efforts for Mars Petcare, delivering adoption and value realisation across 30+ markets following implementation of the Aprimo DAM platform.
