About David Adam Baker

David Adam Baker is the Business Analysis for the Academic Operations department at Fleming College. He works with the academic departments ensuring data integrity within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Recently, he has developed various end-user ERP training materials. Moreover, he conducts hands-on training periodically throughout the year or requested by the division. In addition, he has authored or co-authored various academic space utilization reports. Space, academic or non-academic space is at a premium. Understanding a program’s footprint is essential to understanding its overall impact on the campus community and services. He has a passion for student mobility between the Ontario College and university system. As a transfer student himself, he understands the pitfalls that students, administers and the general public experience. He has completed a Bachelor of Education in Adult Education at Brock University with a general focus on student mobility and adult learning. This coming fall will begin a Master in Education, Post-Secondary Studies at Memorial University. He has presented, with a team, at the 2013 ONTransfer conference on UOIT's Transparent Processes to Support Student Mobility.
