I have thirty-four years of experience in all phases of Civil, Residential, and Commercial site development as a Project Supervisor, Crew Forman, Equipment Operator, and Labor. I am a very professional person with an Associate Degree in Construction Business Management who understands the importance of professionalism, leadership, and safety in the construction industry. The experience, education, and training that I received, has given me outstanding leadership qualities. My personal characteristics include integrity, compassion, courage, enthusiasm, good judgment, and a sense of humor. I have the ability to facilitate, influence and lead change with strong core values for public relations, a vision of sustainability, and the ability to clearly and effectively communicate with diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing. I also have a thorough understanding of budgeting, rate setting, and cost control with the ability to demonstrate efficient and effective use of public resources.
