I've spent the last few years proving my aptitude for growth, this has been especially useful and I have successfully improved business performance through strong leadership and agile processes, planning and strategic approaches. Displaying a high level of management skills from managing a team of 25 people, to now just 10. Leading and various projects within the department, coaching through people management models and emotional intelligence, to upgrading processes to increase performance. The daily use of my analytical prowess to capture data, set daily objectives, monthly KPI's and to relay necessary statistcs in senior meetings or presentations. I've spent years learning to understand the stakeholder from all aspects and have implimemented strategies with them at the forefront. My combined experience and knowledge has allowed me lead operations for my department successfully. Whether it be people or projects, I have proven I am able to deliver in any environment.
