My main goals are- Ensuring that decisions are clear and transparent, being the point-of-contact for all things related to product and technology. Taking ownership of products, features and roadmaps. Storytelling- Becoming deeply familiar with a product. Working with all stakeholders to gain a full picture of the challenges and opportunities. Getting my hands dirty: QA sessions, late-night deployments, incidents. Leading from the front- Absorbing as much technical knowledge as possible so I can best understand the hurdles developers face. Building trust and empowering developers to do their best work and make a positive impact.
